Mike and his team at Fuhrman’s Carpet and Floors, are professional, timely, and fair. We hired them to fix a job that was messed up. They were extremely patient and professional in every aspect of the job. They took the extra time out to protect all of our walls and cabinets prior to working. They had to strip our floor down to the rafters in order to properly level everything. They took the time to vacuum the top our our basement ceiling from above, in case anything needed to be done with that down the line. They were detailed and meticulous in putting our house back together when everything was done. The floor looks amazing, and things elsewhere look even better than before. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs a floor done correctly.

I walked in to Fuhrmans Carpet & Floors to inquire about a repair for some cellular shades. The store that I originally purchased them from no longer sells shades. Mike, the owner was kind enough to contact a shade repair company that he deals with and he set up an account for us to ship the shades to be repaired. We received the shades today and they are perfect. I can’t say enough about how kind it was of Mike to help out even though we had not purchased them there. I will definitely be buying my next window treatments from Mike!

Mike is an OG in this business who delivers quality customer service at its highest. As a home-based business owner, it was imperative that my needs to be heard and implemented, on time. I received this level of attentiveness and professionalism from Mike and his crew. We had two separate crews who installed our vinyl flooring and carpet. They were quiet, and neat, and took the remnants with them. There was a small tweak with the base molding they replaced (yes, I am picky) and Mike was on it. He scheduled the crew for the next business day! Almost forgot - since there was left over carpet, Mike offered to create a runner and mat with the extra material! It feels so goo

I am so pleased and so happy that I didn't return this runner rug that I bought online. It was too big and I really loved it bc it looks like my dog. I contacted Fuhrmans and I was greeted with enthusiasm and optimism. Another store said to return and I should have bought a runner in person. It was possible and it came out beautifull. They also made a piece that I decided to put under my desk for my 🐕
