Edited September 2024 (regarding the copper pipe and threshold): 1. The job went way over budget, beyond expectations. I may have added things, but not to justify the amount I was charged. 2. They left damage to be repaired, which they claimed wasn't their mistake (electrician left a hole in the ceiling and said it wasn't up to him to repair it. If it was up to someone else, who was it and why was it not repaired before they were "done" with the job?) 3. My house stunk from toxic fumes FOR SEVERAL WEEKS while the subcontracted vitrolite installer was doing his job, with a hot black mastic to adhere the tile. INSIDE MY HOUSE. This was not okay.
