Full Circle Restoration

Not a good company for roof replacement. They don't keep records of replacing roof after a certain time frame. Had problems from the beginning of there work done by a company they contracted out. Leaks over my water heater and moisture destroyed my ceiling in my garage. Called and I couldn't get anyone to come out in the beginning. I was told that they had no records showing that they replaced by roof. Kept calling every week as I was told the same thing that some one would call me back. John Singleton finally called and left a message that they had no record of doing my roof. Not offering me and help. Kept calling until they sent out someone. And he took pictures of the damage areas. I still have they pictures. He sent out and estimate for the repairs. Ask when can they get started. Heard

Full Circle was simply excellent. They provided a solid assessment of our leak issue caused by the roof that had damaged a wall and flooring. They quickly metigated the issue and then promptly worked to restore everything to it's proper state - and frankly it was better after the work was performed than before. Very professional and knowledgeable company. They are on my speed dial should I have issues like this in the future.

This company tried to get us to agree to a $200,000+ roof replacement (unlimited scope contract) when the insurance company said it would only cost $10,000 to repair. I asked them for an written estimate and they refused to provide it, nor alter their 24-page unlimited-scope contract for repairs only. I even asked the CEO of the company for help. No response. You've been warned.
