Terrible experience, Randolph Green is NOT to be trusted. He can talk a great deal and try to sell you his amazing services but I caution you. I truly wish I read all the negative reviews on Fulton Town Electric sooner, that would have saved me a lot of headaches. The quality is SO poor, that our bathroom remodel needs another remodel after we got a second opinion. The project was so poorly managed that the workers would ask me questions as if I was the project manager, I would refer them to Randolph. The bathroom floor and shower tiles are not leveled, the shower is not waterproof, and it's missing sealant around the hardware and window along with missing grout. I don't have much to say, but I have learned to do my research. I am in dire need (currently) of electrical repair. I will say that he did call back. Two workers (i'm guessing) that are affiliated with Mr. Green (owner) came out to my residence. I explained to them at least three times where I believe the problem is originating. I feel they did everything but address the source. Mr. Green called his workers cell phone and asked to speak with me, he told me he would be back around five pm the day of this post. I called him back to confirm and no response. I left a message stating that I did not want him to return. His "service" charge is 85 dollars, and I feel I paid 85 dollars for the workers to take off my outlets and put them back on( the same ones). Before the workers arrived

Mrs Catherine Panomarenko, Never complained or called me. If she did I would have corrected the issues. I did 4 different jobs for this young lady. First job installing sink in her granite kitchen counter top. She stated that she was very pleased. Second modified her beautiful built in kitchen cabinets so that all doors and draws automatic close soft.She was happy and I corrected a couple other without additional charges. Third job for this young lady installed electric charger for both of their electric cars. Fourth job built Fire place mantle so that she could insert her electric fireplace logs.she was satisfied with no complaints. Installed a sauna in her bathroom. No complaints. I got a new commercial washer and wanted to put an electric plug for it. They have to run the wire all the way through to the breaker. Mr. Green said that he will put an outlet and plug for me. It took them 3days to finish the work and at the end They didn't even put the outlet and plug. I am not at all happy with the work done even after paying a lot of money and won’t recommend Fulton electric to anyone.

I called Fulton Town Electric at around 1230 am (as they are supposed to be open around the clock) because I had a strong burning odor coming from my breaker box in my home. I spoke with a gentleman that told me his guys were very exhausted and they could help me in the morning. I explained to him that I had to go to work and that I could not leave my home until I knew the issue was taken care of due to the risk of my home burning down from an electrical fire. He did not seem to care and told me to call back in the morning. I sure wish I didn’t have to work whenever I got “exhausted”
