The two stars are for coming the same day - however, I did not call as an emergency and was attempting to schedule for later. 1 star off because all of a sudden it was cash only because no one was in the office. 1 star off because he apparently did not believe me and kept asking if I was sure, and telling me if I cancel there's a 150 fee (how are you getting that if I'm paying cash??). Numerous times I was asked, no less than 5. Which leads to last star off. He attempted to sell me an unnecessary service (cleaning for 100 more) . Now, first you may think I am harsh, but read on... He kept asking me if I was sure and tried to sell me additional service knowing FULL well that his company had installed this system, and not too long ago and there was no way I needed a cleaning and much less,

Hired Mr. Fulton to perform real estate septic inspection. Advised this service required pump to inspect. Signed document to ok extra cost. Approve pump and inspection, paid $950.00 on 3/2/2023. We learned today 3/13/2023 from inspection report the tank was not pumped due to half full level of tank. How do you charge for service not performed? The report contradicts what we were told. How could an inspection happen with half full tank that wasn't pumped. The inspection determined "appears in good working order" yet not pumped. Can you say an expensive lesson learned? Mr. Fulton was very courteous and quickly visited the property just paid for service not performed.

I tried but they never returned my call would not suggest them at all for a septic tank replacement when they ignore a request
