Mr. Antonnio did an excellent job addressing the bee and wasps activity around my property. He came out on short notice when the bees had become especially bad, and I really appreciated his quick response. He arrived on time and thoroughly treated the entire area, paying close attention to spots that a previous technician had missed and never informed me about. He also took the time to explain the treatment process and let me know that this service was already included in my current package, which I was unaware of. I appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to educate us about the work he was performing. Your procedure for this appointment was rude. We had no idea when he was to show up because your automated call gives no indication of a window of time. In all the years of having your service your person has never shown up at 8 am. We require a two hour window of time notice hereafter or a phone call around one hour before arrival and never an 8 am appointment.

Mr. Willie Graham is the best! He is very thorough and personable and is such a nice man. He’s been doing our spraying for years and always enjoy talking with him!
