Working with Fumarola was excellent from start to finish. Mike came out to provide an estimate for installing a water softener in our home. After receiving quotes from several other local companies, we found that Fumarola offered the same service at the best price. Michele kept me informed throughout the ordering and installation process. Bill arrived on time for the installation and completed the work efficiently. We had a No heat problem. Their tech Nick responded promptly and took care of the problem with no hiccups. Fumarola Plumbing has been a pleasure to work with. Michele is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.They always send notifications of arrivals or any issues on hand. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

Downstairs zone was not reaching expected temperatures. Nick was on time, polite and professional. The company kept in constant contact via email and text to update me with scheduling, when the repairman was en route and a confirmation text that the work was completed. Also, they included a picture of the repairman indicating they pay particular attention to safety. Nick explained the necessary repairs and was very efficient. Downstairs heat was back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

After my initial discussions with Mike and Steve, I decided to go with Fumarola for the installation of the A/C HVAC unit. Both were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Trevor and Woody, who carried out the installation, were outstanding! They went above and beyond, even taking the time to bond with my two dogs, who absolutely adored them. In my opinion, all truly honorable men.
