TODD'S APPLIANCE REPAIR

I am so Thankful that where I purchased my appliances years ago that TODD is their repair person! He's been too our home on multiple occasions to repair several appliances. I could not be any more satisfied then I already am with Todd! Todd is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, respectful to our home! He's also very dependable and punctual and keeps in touch with you when he can schedule the repair. No surprise that Todd has 5 star reviews across the board...

He was kind, friendly and courteous throughout, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who also takes the time to explain the issue and show you every step of the process. The repair was handled efficiently, and the pricing was more than fair. After waiting 10 days for an appt. Dealing with only AI, and then having a no show with a different company, I tried Todd's Appliance Repair. I should have tried Todd's first. Blessing 1- Todd's Appliance Repair called back within an hr ( a live human) and Blessing 2- He fit me into his schedule that very day, as he was in my area. Blessing 3- Todd was polite, kind, professional, hobest, and done in a manner of minutes. Blessing 4- I have a speed queen washer that needed a belt replaced and he had the part. No waiting and in December too!

I’ve called Todd twice now for refrigerator and gas stove issues. He’ll always be my first call for appliance repairs. Rather than charge me for a visit the he knew wouldn’t bring solution, he advised me to buy a new appliance all together. I appreciated the transparency and willingness to advise me towards a solution that ultimately meant he wouldn’t get the business.

Anytime I need anything, I call Todd. Super knowledgeable and a gem of a person. It’s hard being a homeowner. But Todd makes it so much easier and he has taught me how to manage many of my appliances that I can now fix myself!
