Needed some parts to fix a salon sink last minute. I had never heard of Ferguson but they were listed as the closest plumbing supply. I am not a plumber by trade so I was hesitant to visit. I called and they answered quickly and invited me into their store. Once I was there I was helped by what could only be called a southern gentlemen. He explained how to fix the sink in a way that was easily understood and not condescending as some of the help I get in other big box stores around here sometimes is. I highly recommend them.

Each time I go in for plumbing or HVAC the associates there are very friendly and helpful. There always seems to be someone there with decades of experience. The prices are great, too.

The guy i talked to over the phone was total jerk dint even take the time to see if could help me. Brushed me off and told me to look online. This is before i told him what i needed help with, would never work with these people.
