On Monday, February 2, I had a plumbing technician come and install my kitchen faucet. Chris, the technician went beyond the call of duty to not only serviced the call, but he gave instructions as well as sound advice on how to operate it. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Being an older adult with limited mobility, he removed items from under my sink and placed them back under; fully understanding that I would have difficulty with returning the items. I would be remiss if I did not say that the professionalism started at the top! Do not recommend! I Called them up please set up a new account to order some heating oil during week after the 2026 winter storm Fern. Juliana was nice said that they could deliver within one day but then as she proceeded further she asked that a tank inspection would be required. I said why? I just a fill-up tank. Phone paused. A man came on the line and said, "We have to do tank inspection for insurance purposes " I said when can you do that? He said you can just leave your door open and I can't give you an exact time. I said can you give me a time when you could be there. "No!" he said I can't even give you a guesstimate. We could be walking up in the snow whenever.... That is lack luster service. I said no thanks and bye-bye.

Amazing company and workers. I called them after we ran out of home heating oil. They came out right away and assisted us. Helpful, informative, and a decent price for a full tank. I will be referring them to friends and family from now on, and we are looking forward to doing business with the again.

I had a complicated boiler issue that was resolved by Furino. They were responsive on the phone and worked with my schedule. The technician, Kris, kept me in the loop while he was trying to figure out the issue. I was impressed by his problem solving and honesty. Kris also took the time to give me tips and advice on how to prevent my issue from happening again. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Furino Mechanical. Chris fixed 2 plumbing issues at my home, including a leaky sink and a bathroom that wasn’t getting water. He clearly had deep expertise in plumbing and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and effectively.
