I was having a problem with my shower diverter. Not knowing who to call, I just picked someone based on reviews. Bob returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived as promised and explained everything he was doing. He also discovered that there was an issue with the water pressure. We set up a time for him to replace the pressure valve.
