⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service, Integrity & Professionalism! I recently had my HVAC system serviced by Furnace World, and I couldn’t be more pleased. We purchased our system from them a few years ago, and their service continues to exceed expectations. Before the appointment, I received a text with the technician’s photo ID along with confirmation of his background check, insurance, and license, which gave me immediate confidence. Josh arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was going on with our system. He performed a thorough inspection and identified a few issues related to the original installation. Josh was a terrific technician. He took a lot of time inspecting our equipment and provided detailed explanations about our system and things we should know to be better informed owners. His professionalism and courtesy were noteworthy. We pay an annual fee for 2x inspections, so no charge for this visit.

Josh is super friendly, thorough and explains everything in great detail. This company is fairly priced! I was advised to use this company and I do not regret it! We more work done by Kory and he’s a rockstar! Very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to make repairs on our furnace! 10/10 recommend. Furnace World installed a brand new HVAC system in our 1978 built home, and provided superb service. Rick came to our home and paid us a visit as requested and informed of us of all our options and was able to provide financing on the spot using GoodLeap Financial. Once approved, installation of new system as well as proper removal of old furnace began immediately by Josh, their technician, who was also an absolute knowledgeable gentleman. As a first time homeowner, I felt very comfortable with Furnace World’s presentation, service and pricing. The entire job which included removal of old furnace, installation of new furnace and air conditioning system was impeccably done in just two days.
