10 STARS!!! What a wonderful experience I had with Furniture City Glass and Mirror. From start to finish, everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. All phone calls were returned and questions answered in 24 hours or less. We live in High Point and always consider investing our money in the local economy first, before considering other greater Triad businesses. We intended to do so with Furniture City Glass & Mirror for a frameless, glass shower wall but had to disappointingly ask for a refund of our deposit (partially refunded!). Many other options available with better pricing, service and communication. Would not recommend!

Furniture City Glass & Mirror Co. has been a reliable partner for our commercial and residential glass needs for many years. Unfortunately, we've experienced a significant decline in their responsiveness over the past few months. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, particularly through Staci, we've been unable to secure timely quotes or project updates. This lack of communication has forced us to seek services from other providers outside of High Point. It's disappointing, as we've always valued our partnership.

Our experience with Monica and her team at Furniture City Glass & Mirror was excellent, from the advice she provided to product installation. I called and explained what I thought we wanted for our new build, and Monica immediately recognized that there was a better product for one of the areas. She explained why a comparably-priced but nicer product would work better; and it looks great! She took the time to explain products without hard-selling them. The entire process was efficient: within two days the crew had measured and we received our quote; and within two weeks our projects had been completed. The price was fair (we compared one other installer) but the expertise and great product we got with Furniture City are what we are most pleased with-- thank you Monica!

This glass company is the best. They take care of all of the company needs and they provide a very timely delivery. Their prices are great!
