I have had many appliance repairs over the years and this, by far, was the best experience. Team was highly knowledgeable, answered all my questions - without trying to guide my decision. Explanation of the issue was clear and concise and the gentlemen were very professional and polite. I recommend them highly.

James M. was our technician and he was outstanding. Very timely, courteous and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about our appliances. After quick diagnosis (our dryer motherboard was shot and as a result, burned out the motor) he had the parts on order that day. The install took about 30min (last time I tried that level of repair it took me 4hrs). Bottom line, we're very happy with the result. It wasn't cheap, but counting for the cost of repair, it probably saved us $1500 from having to buy a new washer/dryer set. Would certainly use Fuse again.

Our oven wouldn’t come to baking temperature. Making an appt was easy. The service tech was super prompt, professional and kind. Diagnosed and explained everything. He even offered to help clean behind the oven. Part came in 2-3 days later and oven fixed. A great experience. Thank you!

Was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician, Alex, diagnosed our problem and was meticulous in repairing it. He explained what the problem was. A very nice guy. Work was done when promised and for the agreed to price. Will definitely use Fuse again.

Prompt, efficient, accurate. John was early to our home for the scheduled appointment to assess our broken washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the issue, patiently waited through multiple wash/spin cycles to ensure his fix worked. Departed in under 40min. Not to mention he came on a Saturday!
