we purchased a very expensive table and chairs from one of this companies dealers in Florida. Table was represented as high quality quarter sawn oak. After waiting 6 months for the table the local dealer delivered a table with a large crack in the top. However, more disturbing was the overall quality of table itself. What was represented as quarter sawn oak looked like 6 or 7 pieces of oak from the bottom of the scrap pile glued together with some weird resin or coating on top of it. There was no attempt made to match the word, and some of the pieces had gouges in them where a glass would not sit evenly on top. The dealer said since there was a crack they would get it replaced however no one would acknowledge the poor workmanship or the fact that what was delivered was not what we we
