I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this business, and I can confidently say it was a nightmare. The customer service was abysmal—staff were unhelpful and dismissive. The product quality was far below expectations, and the prices were outrageous for what you get. Save your time and money; there are far better options out there. Avoid at all costs!

It appears that smaller or more distant customers get lower-priority treatment. Work is ok and field crew is good, but crossing the finish line, not so much.
