AVOID FUTURE FLOORS AT ALL COST!!! I hired them because they were the only company that was available in the time frame I needed. On my project, their incompetent design approach caused over $6000 in floor reinforcement and delayed my project 4 months. Later I found out (from tile installers that knew what they were doing) that the floor reinforcement was TOTALLY UNNECESSARY if the mud beds had been done intelligently. When I made a plea at the end of the project for some consideration for the cost and delays their design approach had caused, they simply insisted on being paid in full. These people are not good at what they and don’t take any responsibility when they screw up your project. Hopefully, this review will help others avoid the experience I had.

Completely terrible service and lack of professionalism. Set off the fire alarm twice costing us a fortune. Didn't look at the facilities closely enough upon initial inspection and required us to hire a plumber which increased cost a lot. Didn't measure bullnose trim to see that the trim would be shorter than the old trim and required us to hire a drywall repair company at added cost. Overall, completely terrible service.
