I design and then subcontract to various flooring guys. Steve at future floors is my go-to. If he’s got work already scheduled I’ll work around his schedule to get to mine. Lots of guys out there with no artistic eye but every client’s floor I’ve had him do the client is over the moon pumped. Top it off he’s a smart, pleasant, diligent, and extremely amiable.
