I was experiencing issues with my dryer, so I hopped on Google and ran into a couple appliances companies, as well as FV appliances. After speaking to a few companies, I was not sold, so then I called FV and spoke to George. George was very professional and respectful over the phone so the interaction made me go with him! Not to mention I had to cancel my first appointment, so when I called George he was very understanding, and immediately helped setup my next appointment. Upon his arrival he immediately got to work, took the dryer apart, dissected the issue, and gave me a resolution right away. I was lucky enough to have Jorge as my repair man he was on time, Great communicator explained everything to me and went above and beyond more than I expected. He did a fantastic job. He is very clean and organized and I highly recommend this company along with Jorge fantastic Repair man.

George showed up early. Upon inspection the dryer was heating. Just flabbergasted on why. The only thing I can think of is the exhaust duct, which flows upwards thru the roof, was clogged. We had 40-50 wind gusts the other day I’m thinking it created a suction on the line and pulled out some lint. I need to get this line cleaned. George did not charge me. That has never happened to me. My experience has been the serviceman charges you just for the site visit. They apply it to the work if you have them make repairs. I’ll definitely use FV Appliance Repair in the future.
