F.W. Webb Company - Auburn

This is by far the slowest and most expensive supply house I have ever been to. Can’t even count how many times I’ve walked in, grabbed a part off the shelf and waited over 20 minutes just to walk out and go to another supply house. Never have anyone behind the counter and when they do have someone it’s some lazy kid with an attitude “eating his lunch” for over an hour. Feel bad for the people that come here in the middle of a job trying to get a part- be there all of a half hour to an hour. Then you look in the back and they have 10+ office workers sitting behind a computer. Maybe hire some people to run the SUPPLY HOUSE part of your supply house?

I have been coming here for many years for all of my plumbing supplies. I don’t think you could find a better or more knowledgeable group at the counter here ready to assist you. They have a great humorous attitude to help you get through the day. A truly hard working group committed to serving the customer..And hey ! To top it off they have free popcorn !

Full disclosure: I'm the semi driver, not a customer. That said, absolutely every person I interacted with (and it felt like half the staff) has been genuine, patient, attentive, helpful, and kind. You don't get that from a company that puts profits over all else. I wish I needed HVAC or plumbing, or even lived in the area so I could do business with them! Can't wait to deliver here again! (I know, it's a silly sentiment)

Not very good experience there today. The guy in the front was texting on his cellphone and was impatient and somewhat rude.
