When all was said and done a good % of the order we put together while we were in the showroom was wrong. The quote they give you is so hard to figure out, you really should include pictures of the products so i would have been able to discern quickly what was what. Chrome fixtures mixed with brushed nickel, missing shower doors, wrong towel hooks, etc. Also, the woman that helped us was from the Dover facility so my contractor had to drive to Dover instead of picking up down the street. No offer to transfer the items to the other facility until i called and asked them to. Good quality stuff but watch your order closely.

We have had trouble with our furnace this year. Of course, the trouble started not when it was 40 degrees outside, but when it was 15 degrees. Our furnace is about 20 years old, and was lacking in service for quite a while. As I learned furnace maintenance, and how to fix and replace parts as needed, F.W.
