I have been a customer of Nibroc for almost a decade. If you want to understand this company, look at the about page. It’s humble but the truth. Russ runs what we need these days. Honest company with solid people. He stands by his work. He had to do my furnace and my central air split back in 2017. His crew did an awesome job and we have kept our oil with him since. Reliable and dependable. He recently had to find a solution for my central air crapping out in the middle of this heat dome (I hate animals, fried the system). Others would have taken me to town, not Russ. He presented me multiple options with pros and cons. The guy is honest to the T and his whole company runs that way. Started using NiBROC oil a couple years ago and never looked back! I was having our previous oil supplier match their lower prices, then decided to switch. Online ordering is a plus, and they always deliver within 48hours. I wish they did propane delivery too! I forgot to leave a check once, and instead of charging my credit card at a higher rate for the fill, the office called me (I wish I could remember her name because she's always fantastic) to let me know they could try again the next day. Customer service is always A+.

From the beginning to the end of purchasing and I stalling new mini splits in our home, Nicbroc Oil, Heating and Cooling was AWESOME! From calling the office to arrange an estimate, to the very through walk through with the owner ( who answered many questions over several days), to the super efficient, respectful, and professional crew who did the installation...it was a job handled with superior quality! Russ installed some Mitsubishi mini split AC units in our house. Russ was great to work with from the beginning, he went through all the details and explained everything well so we could understand the full picture of what he was going to do, he even was asking questions about our future plans to make sure anything he did would not affect that (when installing and wiring the new units). At the time of installation, he brought a full team to get the job done quickly. They did a great job, the units look great and work very well!
