I always enjoy going to the Malden Webb the employees are great but Trisha at the counter she always goes above and beyond customer service. Very polite and respectful and always friendly, i highly recommend all plumbers shop at Malden Webb great service.

If you are looking for: - The worst customer service - Sales reps who don't acknowledge customers upon entrance or while in the store - Lazy Sales reps who refuse to get off of there computers - Lack of knowledge about their products - Unfriendly environment Then you should absolutely shop at this F.W. Webb in Malden. As a contractor who went in to this location to update some of my properties with their kitchen and bathroom appliances, I was beyond disappointed. Whoever runs this place, let me give you some sound advice, fire all of 6 of the women who work for you. I never leave reviews like this, but this experience was disturbing. Second bathroom renovation in as many years. Working with Lauren Sanford was such a positive experience. Knowledgeable, Lauren’s patience, attention to detail were so appreciated with what can be an overwhelming experience. Lauren took the time to show us so many options, my wife and I were indecisive regarding shapes, color schemes. Lauren’s ability to picture the project and suggest colors, shapes were extremely helpful. When deciding to renovate a second bathroom there was never a question on who to call. Thank you Lauren.
