F.W. Webb Company - Methuen

I have had a very good experience here. I am working with Mary Ann Moore and she has been amazing. She returns my phone calls in a very timely manner along with my emails. She is very seasoned and knowledgeable about all of the products. I have future renovations coming up as well and will be working solely with Mary Ann for those renovations. This is by far the best place around!

Samantha is very difficult to work with. She cannot control her emotions and acts on them. Her customer service skills need some work. She is very disrespectful and ill behaved. I think this branch of F.W. Webb would do better without her.

I called then visited the showroom and was promptly helped by Samantha. She was beyond friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With her guidance, I was able to pick out a tub and toilet for my bathroom remodel without hesitation. I highly recommend this store and associate over big name chains. Great experience!!

I'd like to give a special thanks to my sales rep Ryan D. at the methuen branch. He has been so helpful with everything I've ever needed. The dedication I received from Ryan as a small company is unmatched from other suppliers I use. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty, and on multiple occasions he has brought parts to my job site after hours. Every time I call in or text an order to him, it is always correct. He has made my job so much easier as a contractor words can't begin to describe. Thank you FW Webb for putting a high caliber individual like Ryan D. as a sales rep. He has made my life so much easier!!!! Honestly, I hate going through others, because my orders are always on point when I call Ryan D.!!!!

Samantha was great to deal with, helped us out with options for what was in stock versus different lead times to fit our needs. No pressure sales, got what we needed, we left very satisfied with the price, service and quality product we expected when we chose to go shopping here. No surprises.
