A very good plumbing and heating supply store very knowledge counter personnel and prices reasonable. A bit crowded today in the afternoon.

The slowest service i've ever received anywhere. My employer spends close to 250,000 a year there and I personally think the costumer service is horrible.

#1 customer service for a supplies company in Philly. These guys were attentive, patient, and customer forward every step of the way. The manager Tom made it his personal mission to resolve an issue I had over the course of months. Continuously following up making sure what needed to get done did.

I never been inside the store before just so happened a customer of mines had car trouble right in front of his business, as I was working on his car one of the employees came out front and ask if anything's he could do, I replied everything else okay it's a transmission line that came loose I'm just reattaching the line and he before explaining the transmission line offered to plug a tire what you thought we had a flat. I thought that was very helpful of that employee. Your service he offered outside of the establishment I could see great service and inside as well.
