Place was great years ago, now the stumpy little counter guy gives an additude and they dont have much as much in stock. Wont be returning cause of stumpy

I was so happy to find this place!! Another plumbing supply chain went out of business years ago and it was hard to find parts. At this location the sales people made it so easy to order the parts I needed for a media filter, and I can tell that they are eager to help get the right parts and even give advice for installs. Thank goodness there are still places like this to go to!!

Outstanding service! I needed a seventy year old cast iron radiator, was ordered and delivered in two days.They even coached me through installation. Total satisfaction.

Smaller than the Wyandanch location but very knowledgeable staff. Was able to find all the sewer fittings needed in a pinch.

These guys are incredible because they found a Mustee washer pan with center drain for my laundry room that is located in a closet. Their store in Babylon had it in stock and they delivered it to their Riverhead store location the next day. Courteous service and reliable. I asked if the pan didn't fit the area what is the time frame for returning and they said 90 days. The salesman carried it to the trunk of my car and placed it in, and said that if you need to return we'll find the size that will fit if this one doesn't work out. Well ... the size fits and the Mustee washer pan is exceptionally sturdy and durable. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!
