I will never go back in that place in St Albans very rude man the bold man was so rude with glasses I brought in a part counter service man was helpful that I was talking to he asked the bald man for advice the bald man ask me if I had a model number and said said yes he told me that was not good enough I needed a parts number he started getting rude said he could not help me then he got rude he almost had a fight with my friend who was with me because he said you are being rude he told him the writing on the floor said customer comes first so we left he followed us out the door I asked him not to follow us we were leaving then we went to your competitor he took the part that I brought with me and the part number was right on the old part so I bought it there and we had the right part at
