Great experience all around. We bought a large marble piece and had it cut to a perfect square. It took me a long time and multiple visits to figure out what I needed and for it to align with what was available. Almost 12 months and the team here had amazing patience and knowledge. I had a terrible experience with this fabricator. They moved forward without getting my approval on the layout and cut out the most beautiful part of my quartzite slab — the exact veining I had chosen the slab for. When I questioned them, they delayed, made excuses, and even falsely claimed the stone yard gave them the wrong slab. I confirmed directly with the supplier that the correct slab was delivered. It felt like they deliberately avoided using the best part of the stone — and I never saw that section again. I can’t say for sure why they did it, but it raised serious concerns about their integrity and transparency. I felt misled throughout the process and deeply regret working with them. GG granite planned and implemented an incredible new countertop in 2 weeks - measurement and installation was incredibly smooth. One of the impressive things is how they did only one joint on a huge wall - really maximized the slab and looks so smooth. GG is a legend and we’re so happy!
