G & G Pest Control

Apparently employees of this company ( Mando Ramos). Think it's hilarious to tie trapped animals to the back of their trucks and drive of till it either falls out or is dead. Picture attached is what he is posting all over Facebook laughing about.

So we called and they came out- they only did half the job- so when we saw the other nest we called and they were supposed to come back same day to finish. I’m allergic to yellow jackets!!!! It’s been weeks and we called today to see when they could be back, today! Great they offered to come back today. But it’s almost 5 we stayed home all day and they are a no call no show! I think we should bill them for the inconvenience! So irritated at folks we pay our hard earned money to and they don’t do their jobs! It’s robbing us!?

My family used G&G for years and never had any issues until this week. We really liked the person who came to spray us, he was familiar with our home and our family. Unfortunately, we decided to drop G&G and use a different pest control service after the bookkeepers/receptionists gaslit and gave us the run around. We were scheduled to be serviced on Monday morning but no one showed. Eventually, I called to see what was going on and after informing the receptionist that no one turned up and we were never notified of a change in schedule, I was placed on an extremely long hold until the line finally disconnected. I contacted them at 10:30 AM and asked about a termite inspection due to closing on a house. They said that they could be out there at 1:30 PM earliest, same day! Henry called me at 2:00 PM and told me the final results, and again, offered to fix it same day service so that we won’t have to push back closing on the house. Explained everything that he would be doing, and even got all the documentation turned in in a timely manner. I will definitely be using they year after year for termite and regular pest control service. Henry you got a customer for life!! 😁😁

My mother uses G&G and I made an appointment for her. She forgot about her appointment and was out running errands. The tech called me and I called my mother to remind her. Technician waited for her to return. This is quality service for the elderly. Thank you!!
