No stars if possible. Called about needed help with a vehicle key at 6am. Said he could do it but needed to wait for GM to open at 9am. 9am comes and goes with no message, no call. Try to text him and no answer. 10 am now 4 hours later and still nothing. Finally called a different company to come out. Sent him a message letting him know issue is taken care of. IMMEDIATELY he texts back "okay thank you" but nothing when help was needed. Don't use this service.

Randy is awesome! He is super friendly and was willing to come out within a very reasonable time. I will absolutely choose G&H over any other business in town.

We called these guys after screwing around with a non-local locksmith for over 3 hours to get into our locked car. Randy showed up in exactly 20 minutes--his quoted time--at 10pm. He was friendly, professional, and fast. Great service from a local business.

We had a lock out in Marion, Ohio. Our dead bolt needed repaired and we also needed the locks to be re-keyed to our current key. Randy came out and fixed us right up. Very friendly and efficient. We will use them for future service calls.
