I was very impressed with Monarch heating and air. They had my unit installed in no time and had a cooling my house along with my furnace. They are excellent workers and very kind people even called to check up on me after I had a dog bite accident yesterday guys were wonderful and were very quick to install both heating and cooling units.

I have utilized Monarch Heating and Cooling since 2016, staying on their annual maintenance plan without fail. There might be others who offer a slightly lower rate but it is all about the response time, the quality work and support they provide without fail. This year I have decided to change out the furnace, a/c unit and water heater. Devin (owner) will never upsell you, proposed exactly what I need and explained the benefits and ensure any rebates that I can obtain comes with the bundle. The team that came out to perform the change out were extremely professional, respects my property to the fullest and ensure everything is properly clean up before leaving. Will absolutely recommend them any time.

Monarch Heating & Cooling does my bi-annual HVAC service. Chuck and Abraham were my techs and they did a great job. A potential issue was identified, fixed and I avoided a future service call. Also, Abraham is an apprentice and it was interesting to hear Chuck explaining the entire process.

My furnace stopped working on a cold December Friday night. I called Monarch Monday at 8am sharp and talked to a very friendly lady who took down my info. She sent technician Gary K. out that same morning. Gary K. pulled off the panels and within seconds diagnosed a faulty gas valve. He ordered a new one which came in the next day. He installed it with precision and double-checked all the gas line connections. We were both in the military and chatted up a storm. I would ask for Gary K. the next time. He was that good. Monarch Heating & Cooling is simply....THE BEST!!!!!!!

Top notch service! Monarch installed a new whole house humidifier for me. Chris the technician was very knowledgeable, and did a beautiful installation job, as well as explained unit operation and maintenance.
