Jack Lawrence, owner of G&J Pool Remodeling, helped us complete an owner build pool project. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service, and communication we received throughout the entire process. Initially, we hired G&J to install the plumbing portion of our project. The exceptional attention to detail from his entire crew earned our business to complete most of the remaining portions of the project. Jack educated us on the correct equipment needed to give us the most out of what we needed to run all of our water features. Jacks team also installed the tile for our pool and was patient with us as we took time to choose the perfect tile for our dream pool. Just finished a remodel, they were incredible to work with very informative and patient with me with all of my questions. They even came in on the weekend to ensure that the remodel remained on schedule. I was super appreciative of them being patient with me and my three dogs while they worked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their pool, and I am continuing to work with them to maintain the pool they worked so hard to remodel.

G&J did an amazing job! The owner Jack is easy to work with and kept my anxiety at bay. He was professional and informative every step of the way. He educated me on things I had concerns about. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Passed inspections with no issues! After dealing with a Shady Pool company, I was fearful of promises made by any contractor. We wanted someone who could do the job right and efficiently. We needed a company with experience to identify discrepancies and get them done correctly. We got just that with G&J. We are very happy with the final product and glad we went with G&J. Professional, timely, communicated well with us! Can’t say enough positive things about this company!

Experience started positive but ended with us needing to get the pool drained again and re buffed due to poor oversight from J and G. Communication was lacking, they broke and refuses to repair our pool light and once I paid ( my mistake) they were un responsive to any of my calls or texts. Not a company I would ever choose again. I do not recommend.

After using a National Pool Company for years, I thought the level of service was expected...Until G&J Pools took over. My pool never looked better and after having a screen enclosure replaced, they spent hours servicing my pool without any reservations. I will recommend Jack and G&J Pools to whomever wants quality service at a fair price.
