Please beware of this company. This company was contracted through my home warranty, American Home Shield. They came out but did not repair my dryer. In fact, they tried to get more money out of me to fix the problem. My home warranty sent in a request for them to come back out, but they have not scheduled an appointment and they do not answer the phone. Run, don't walk from this company. They are horrible.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before letting AHS schedule my appointment with this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I do not understand how this is a business but they never answer the phone. They do not call back at all... If you have AHS, if they schedule you with this company, request that they use Sears instead.

I have been without a refrigerator for a month waiting for this company to confirm the status of the part they claim they ordered. I have called over several times. This company was recommended through American Homeshield and my claim has been escalated. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I would give this company zero starts for unprofessionalism and customer service.
