Horrible company! Short version. Signed the contract, they came out and removed fencing that took 2-3 months . Sent guys over to dig for new posts with no equipment. Workers never stayed very long. Called them multiple times to see when the work will resume . When called would say will call me back and they don’t or get ghosted. Sent them emails multiple times as well. Dimitri is rude and arrogant. Don’t trust them doing any work let alone pay them a dime. They’ll do very little and take your money!

HORRIBLE!!!! If you are considering using these services I hope you see this and seriously DO NOT! There are not enough words to express the unprofessionalism, terrible "craftmanship", and straight up scam that Dimitri and Crown Services Group is. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. This company sent me to a contractor named Dimitri who proceeded to send over a guy who clearly had never done a backsplash before! After 1 reschedule, the guy showed up at 12 left at 2 and didn't even finish (honestly thank god he didn't because it is terrible work). Then for a week straight I had to keep calling him to see when they will be back to finish the work. Dimitri then proceeded to ghost me and stopped answering calls after I had paid him a deposit (beware of zelle-- do not pay HEN VAKNIN). My phone

Excellent work, great attitude and very knowledgeable handyman. He completed many projects around my house and even pushed my waste receptacles up a steep driveway.
