Worst experience ever! Most of my items arrived damaged. My mattress was destroyed as it clearly got wet in storage and arrived wet and moldy! A few high-top chairs also had water damage. The movers had complete disregard for my items and home. They were completely disrespectful as they laughed about each item that fell and smashed. They not only broke a windowsill in the house I moved from but damaged three walls and made two large scratches in the floors of my newly built home. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!

Overall good experience. Honest, upfront and fair. They worked out a deal with me after another moving company came and wanted to triple my bill. I truly thank them for their generosity and professionalism.

Worst experience. Move from CT to CO - small studio apartment. Upcharged after items were loaded - forced to pay additional charges (unjustified) or told that it would be $2500 to unload everything at the curb. Again, upon delivery upcharged for a shuttle (b/c storage was in New Jersey and not in CO as contracted - thus, driver decided 52' semi could not access delivery road). Run - do not contract with this company. They don't care or aren't competent enough to move anything with care. Significant damage - tv a total loss b/c screen was punctured, tv stand frame was bent. After $850. overage charges (on a $2020. moving quote) and damage to items (loss of items approximately $800.) the "insurance" offered $125. Unfortunately I didn't have the benefit of chosing this company - they

this is the worst moving company ever. It’s been past 3 months since my TV was broken during the move and my dresser was damaged. I have called numerous times and filed claims sent email after email and still nothing!!! It’s cheap for a reason. save your money and go with another company. this is such an inconvenience and so frustrating.

Absolutely horrible moving company. They essentially hold your stuff hostage after pick up. They under quote you on purpose and then when they show up and all of your stuff is loaded onto the truck it’s double the price and you have no choice but to pay. They fail to mention that the delivery date you provide is the first available date and they can deliver your stuff up to 30days after that date. The customer service is non-existent, you call and get no answers most of the time. When you do get an answer you’re met with hostility and attitudes from whoever picks up. If I could get them a negative start rating I would. This company seriously needs to be investigated my the authorities. Not sure how they are still able to operate.
