G T Air Conditioning & Heating

Had my AC go out (during a heat wave), contacted Grover and he sent Allen to assess the situation. They were able to install a new heat pump in a timely manner, listened to and addressed all my questions thoroughly, and understood what I wanted done. Very thorough and conscientious work, would strongly recommend GT Air to anyone looking for HVAC repair / replacement/ service. Excellent company.

I had GT Air come out to my small business to fix some ductwork another larger company had left exposed, causing condensation and damage to my ceiling. Technician Alan was on time, was incredibly thorough, kept me informed, and figured out exactly what the problem was. He did the work, left my space cleaner than when he arrived, and even put the ceiling panels back into place that the other company had left messed up. This included fixing one of the ceiling braces. On top of that, they came in UNDER their estimate. I've had very few good contractors come to my business. I count GT Air among them.

We have been customers for years. Grover Taylor (GT) and his technicians really go above and beyond. GT was recommended by my next door neighbor. Neighbor was spot on. We are in Ashburn- Home is 15yo- have had some HVAC issues as the original system is getting near the end of its designed lifespan - another HVAC company wanted to up-sell us to the most expensive solution - GT was always guided us to the most cost efficient solution (in some cases cost effective repairs / in another case only replacing exactly what needed replacing (GT actually showed us that the most expensive equipment replacement might not be the best choice for our needs). It so nice to have a trusted advisor.

I am thoroughly impressed with GT Air. As a Realtor, practicing in Woodbridge over 20 years I look for great contractors. GT Air is a great company. Watching the installation of a replacement system in my own home, I am so impressed with the demeanor and positive attitude of the team from GT Air, John and Kieren. John is such a seasoned professional focusing on the best solution for my needs. His young assistant, Kieren, is such a refreshing sight to see. Kieren works hard and focuses on his tasks intently. So nice to watch. He is a keeper.
