extremely disappointing. Communication was consistently poor—they were slow to respond, often ignored calls and messages, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. The quality of the work was unacceptable. They increased the price without justification and did not install the materials that were originally specified. Promised deadlines were missed, and areas were left unfinished or poorly completed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for professional service, honesty, and quality work.

Hurricane Ida resulted in flooding water and sewage entering and filling my basement from floor to ceiling, and up the basement stairs to the first floor. G-Tech Restoration Inc. was working at a neighbor's home. Within an hour of my contacting the office, the owner, Don, reached out to me. He was at my house that same day to survey the damage and assess the scope of the job. Don gave me a fair price and was true to his word when he said his crew could start ... which was the following day! In less than 3 days, his amazing team of workers had completed the water extraction, removed all of the contents of the basement, removed the drywall and lights which were destroyed, and set up blowers and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. When I discovered mold and water damage during construction, Don was referred to me by a friend. He showed up to my house within 30 minutes of me calling him to inquire. He was completely honest, thorough and took the time to clearly explain things to me. Although I hope to be lucky enough to never have to call them again, I absolutely will if the situation arises!!

Don and his amazing team were outstanding when we had a slab leak a few months ago. Our entire downstairs was impacted and we are so appreciative that Don’s team showed up to our house right away and got to work! As anyone who has had something like this happen, it can be so overwhelming and quite stressful! Don and his team simplified the process for us as much as possible—-telling us what to expect every step of the way, dealing with the challenges with the insurance company, etc. Our house was completely restored and we couldn’t be more grateful! We would highly recommend this company for sure!

I had a fire in my home. It was such a bad an emotional time but Don and his crew at G Tec had our backs. Don is the most patient, kind and knowledgeable man . He was there immediately and got his crew right to work. They are thorough, fast and excellent at what they do. If you ever find yourself in need of a restoration company do not hesitate to call GTec because they dependable and honest and take care of absolutely everything!
