Steve and his workers did a superb job! His knowledge and help indentifying the details made the results so spectacular. His old-school knowledge of techniques and modern knowledge of products put him in a field by himself. Only use him if you want the best. He refinished our kitchen wood floors which now looks like a new floor! He remade our stairs from being covered wall-to-wall to a new looking, absolutely breath-takingly new oak treads and landings with a stunning trim-out. I can hardly believe the transformation. We just returned from a short vacation and got our first look at our refinished floors. They look amazing!! The color, the finish and the superb quality of work. Steve took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. He’s a master craftsman. In addition, he always arrived on time and cleaned up when he finished his day’s work. G3 is amazing! This is old world craftsmanship combined with expertise in contemporary style, along with the latest, top-of-the-line products. The owner and master craftsman is Steve Hochstrasser. He's SO patient with training, coaching, and explaining. I pestered him w/ countless questions and worries. He asks and listens patiently to what you want, but he's also there to guide you with professional advice and suggestions. It's a nice blend of being customer centered, yet he's strong and assertive in certain ways, explaining how things work and need to be, in order to make sure the project is a success. G3 worked as a sub for us on a remodel project in the Broadmoor area. Their communication was excellent, and Steve was very easy to get ahold of. The quality of work is top-notch, from cuts to stain to seal. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and talented. He’s the one I’ll call for all my future hardwood projects and referrals.
