300 customers without power you think the smaller the outage the better you could find the outage. Then agian 6 hrs isn't enough for you is it. HORRIBLE RESPONSE
If I can give a 0 I would. First time signing up and selected flat rate to have the same monthly payment but they had me set on regular to know get offered the flat rate at double the original amount
