GAC Services Installation Review I chose GAC because of their “Quality Assurance” program and promise of professional installation. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. The crew arrived unprepared and untrained, with no wiring diagrams or familiarity with the new Bryant Evolution Series system I purchased. They even broke a valve during installation — something that shouldn’t happen with proper training. After hours of trial-and-error, they finally got one unit working around 7:30 p.m., but left most of my home without AC and a mess of trash behind. To top it off, the system later failed inspection. There was even arguing among employees outside in front of my neighbors — completely unprofessional. Overall, this was one failure after another. I expected better from a company

I am very satisfied with the technician GAC sent. Chun did fantastic. Not only was he knowledgeable; he was also friendly and patient. I paid to have my furnace and pumps checked, and I learned so much in the process. Chun did such a professional job, I decided to renew my membership. I highly recommend GAC Services to any homeowner. I have received excellent customer service every time.

Kevin Bateman from GAC came out to do maintenance on my HVAC system today. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and put us at ease in knowing more about the unit in terms of possible repairs in the future. He also shared how having a membership which would ensure that the unit is serviced at least twice per year would make good sense. We ended up signing up for the membership.

I had a great experience with the electrician from GAC, Edwin Sanchez. Scheduling online was seamless, and I was able to book a next-day appointment with no hassle. I received a call ahead of time letting me know the exact arrival window, which I really appreciated. Edwin was professional and took the time to clearly explain the issue and walk me through a couple of estimate options so I could choose what worked best. He also explained the membership features and pricing without any pressure. The electrical issues were fixed efficiently, the work was done thoroughly, and the entire visit was friendly and respectful of my time. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend GAC and will use them again.

We had a great experience with Max German for a gas issue at the house. Max came out promptly on the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. He did not try to upcharge or sell us anything unnecessary. Just honest, straightforward service, which I really appreciated. He even offered to check another appliance while he was here, worked quickly and cleanly, and left everything exactly as he found it. On top of that, he shared helpful tips on how to keep our home safe during the winter cold, which was a nice bonus. Max was friendly, professional, and very trustworthy. Highly recommend Max at GAC. We have a service plan and the person at the office was also very prompt in getting information and setting the visit up.
