I contacted this company over a year ago to schedule an estimation for a project I wanted done in my home. I was, somewhat rudely, told I needed to send the request to an email rather than scheduling over the phone, to which I promptly did and never received a reply. Almost a year later, I called again and was told "IF" they can help me, someone would reach out about scheduling an estimation but, again, I was never contacted. I emailed the estimation email listed on their website for the second time and once again, did not receive a response. It appears that they are more concerned with "big ticket" commercial projects than residential and prefer to leave those potential customers hanging. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I have sense taken my project elsewhere.
