It is quality product with a wide selection of colors and has reasonable prices. Our customers are always satisfied with their product. It is such an exceptional product that we have put it in our own home.

Gaia team in Kent are awesome. This review is of the design of Gaia Floor Sawyer Black Series specifically. Overall it is beautiful. I needed the thickest LVP available due to HOA regulations, so I chose Black Series. The "major pitfall" to be aware of for anyone who buys the Black Series -- The design on some planks have 'Overly Distinctive Markings'. That said, do your best to ensure your installers do not place any of the pieces too close together otherwise, it will 100% call out "fake floor". In retrospect, I wish I would have had the foresight on this, been present on the install job, to ensure my installers properly placed the planks far enough apart.

We sell Gaia in our store and they are my personal favorite brand and our most popular by far. Great selection and our customers are ALWAYS happy with Gaia products.
