I have been using Richie since 2020 on emergencies, upgrades and a major renovation on permit that included rough-in and final installation on a challenging project. He is honest, quick to respond and always shows up when he says. This time he came on a Saturday morning to sort out a leak, clean up my piping and give everything the once over. Amazing is all I can say! I used Richie for 20+ years and his work has never disappointed. He re-did my entire home in 2001- heating and plumbing on an extensive renovation in Northport, the fact I still love him speaks volume. I now live in Miami, but family needs still exist in NY, and he's my guy. Don't retire, or retire in Miami, best plumber ever! 10 stars

Richie is very reliable, nice, does great work. He has been fixing things in our house and my grandmas house for years. Wouldn’t use any other plumber in the area! Great cost too.

Needed a gas line ran to my kitchen for a new stove and Richie was recommended by a neighbor. He did a very clean install and helped connect and test the stove. Friendly guy and would definitely recommend and call back in the future. Thank you!

There was a bad pipe leak somewhere behind a wall at my friends house. I found where the leak was coming from but it was definitely something I couldn't fix. We called Rich at Galaxie Plumbing, explained the issue and he came the same day and did a great job fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend him.
