The installation technicians, Ramiro, Mogamed, and Vladyslav were conscientious, efficient, and performed the installation in a timely manner. I have been quite happy with their services. We got a heater through Galaxy and Jeff was a great point person who answered all my questions during the consultation process. In addition to our heater being super old, it was very loud when turning on and off. After install, the heater worked great but there were still noise issues from the existing plenums. Galaxy sent out Tim who was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, fixed our noise problem and was very friendly. No additional cost. I appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure we were happy customers. Great customer service!
