Extraordinary people. Extraordinary work. To be honest, I was in a bind. Opening a new luxury furniture store in Dublin, CA and the floors in the space were very badly damaged. I called GEM and told them I needed help. FAST. They understood my urgency and instead of increasing the price, they offered a very reasonable price. The team worked so hard to get my floors done of time and the results are amazing. I'll try to post before and after pictures, but every day I walk into my store and smile when I look at my floors. Gem did an amazing job on the concrete floors in our garage. It was a small job and they made special arrangements to fit us in on short notice. Their price was competitive and the work they did was amazing. I was surprised at the level of detail and polish they were able to achieve. They were quick, efficient, kind and fun to work with. It all turned out better than I thought it could be.

I cannot recommend this business enough. We got bids from several companies and it became quickly clear Gem Concrete was the right choice. They were the only company who had residential pictures on their website, so that added comfort in knowing they know how to balance smaller jobs alongside large, commercial ones. Very responsive. Amy was very kind, patient and on top of comms with us. She sent us clear photos of past work so we could gauge quality, stain and finish. Contract was no nonsense, easy to read and the price was right. Day of the job, Tomasi and Rigo were super efficient, easy to talk to and completed on time. And the floors look GREAT! WOW WOW WOW!  I hardly ever feel compelled to review but I had to take a beat to review these guys. You’ve really found a GEM!  We bought an office space/home and decided to have a finished garage for the storage area. SO many other companies wouldn’t call me back, didn’t do residential projects, didn’t do small ones etc. Gem answered me within hours, was so transparent with their pricing, answered my (many, probably too many) questions, and held my hand through the whole process.
