They shut down and moved and when keys were made 30.00 worth it was instructed to go to redo keys cause they didn't come out correct. I go and when after the holiday week was over they were gone. Shut down and moved.

They were wonderful. Welcomed me into the neighborhood. A few of my keys didn't work. They didn't even ask for my receipt and just replaced them. They have a ton of really good safe/lock boxes on sale as well. Including a fingerprint one for firearms.

Great place to go hands down. Anything to do with locks and keys, their knowledge and advice is the best. They won’t pressure you to buy anything you don’t need. I made 4 copies each of 4 keys and each key worked with their respective locks perfectly. Money well spent.

It's a small business in a neighborhood with everything in it's reach. ( Supermarket, post office,restaurants ,and pharmacy) . It's an old school place with complete with a master locksmith who is smarter than Google and a treasure . Galaxy is lucky to have him. Service is quick, precise and dependable. Pricey but worth every penny.

After researching locksmiths last weekend, Galaxy had received excellent reviews so we thought that we would give it shot and so-o-o glad we did. Besides being so knowledgeable and honest, Matt was punctual and communicative. Based on the customer service we received, we will highly recommend Galaxy Lock and Alarm.
