Placed an order for quartz to use for two bathroom countertops and paid half of the balance up front. Product requested was never ordered or received. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, finally got in touch with Nikki H (owner) for her to use the excuse that she no longer worked there. Was referred to the new owner, Michael H, who again would not answer calls or text. Door to business was locked when we stopped by. Great sales pitch with failure to deliver, but they will take your money. Beware if they reopen or operate under another name.

I had a mixed experience with Galaxy Stone Works. They did a very good job on my kitchen countertops, and I was initially pleased with their work there, which is why the situation in my laundry room has been so disappointing. In the laundry room, the countertop installation was poorly done. I was aware ahead of time that there would be a patched section on the right side, but what I did not expect was an additional quarter-inch patch on the left-hand side. It is extremely noticeable, there is still a visible gap, and it’s clear the countertop was mis-measured. The seams do not align well, and overall it looks unfinished and sloppy. What’s most frustrating is that I have reached out multiple times to try to get this issue addressed, and I have received no response. Had they communicated
