Jordon was outstanding. Gale did our gutters which are working perfectly. I thought they installed our ice breaks which did fail. Turns out I was wrong and Gale didn’t do ice breaks. Jordon cheerfully and professionally inspected everything verifying their work was holding up great despite lots of ice issuss from bad breaks. No charge - great attitude. Service like this makes it easy to call them First should we ever need any of their other services. Good People.

Gale contractor services have been a pleaser doing business with. They are professional and knowledgeable. Yesterday they did an outstanding spray foam insulation job on our house. My husband and I were very impressed and pleased. I highly recommend this company.

Door leaks, given no warranty information when requested, did not have an inspection from the manager, sent out a notice of mechanics lien on our property three days after installation. A few Gale representatives are unprofessional. Not recommended.

While I understand the delays are uncontrollable at this time, you think customer service would be overly helpful, knowing customers are on edge…nope. We ordered garage doors in July 21’ with a 12 week time line, we are closer to 30 weeks now. We have asked numerous times for status updates only to be told they can’t predict when the product will arrive from the manufacture. Enough covid excuses, this company should be held accountable for information and basic customer service. We’ve noticed other reviews the branch manger is welcome to feeback but somehow he’s never available. Mr Berginger, would love to talk to you.
