Russell and Noah were great! Friendly and transparent. Russell brought his own IR gun and saved me the headache of having my drywall ripped out. Russell and Noah explained things in detail in a way I could easily understand and provided simple solutions and options to keep my shower and floor more dry due to the design of my shower door being the issue not a leak.
