Even though the town officials and the gas company did not communicate clearly and contributed to delays, John Gallagher was regularly in contact with us and supported us throughout the long process, proving knowledgeable and competent all along the way.Both he and Brett, who worked with him, were friendly as well as eager to assist and answer questions. John and his crew replaced an old generator for us amongst other projects we had for him and he was extremely professional and an excellent communicator regarding all the work he did.
